All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.
We advise you use a trackable postal service or courier.
You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item, including the original shipping cost.
If you are returning goods from outside the EU please ensure that you use the returns address sticker supplied on the outside of your package which also states that these are ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid any customs charges.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our designs and will be happy to assess any item that is deemed faulty if purchased directly from Nigel Cabourn online within the past 24 months. In the case of faulty goods we will refund the full amount paid by you (including shipping costs) and for customers outside the UK, we will reimburse the reasonable cost incurred by you for returning the product so a receipt or proof of postage will be necessary.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.
It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
If returning an item from outside the EU, please use the 'RETURNED GOODS’ label provided or write this on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. Nigel Cabourn Marketing Limited is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.
