The TYPE2 is an updated version of our standard BRITISH OFFICERS SHIRT, with adjusted sizing. Gathers are added to the back yoke and cuffs, resulting in a relaxed fit.

Continuing from the previous model, White and Ivory will be available, and three new colours will be introduced. Refreshing green and saxe blue, and a calm navy have been added to the lineup.
These two pale tones are colours that Nigel Cabourn hasn't tackled before, so they look fresh, don't they? However, it can add a touch of brightness to the military and workwear styles that the brand excels at, and it can also be styled in a clean, spring/summer way, so it actually works surprisingly well.
Personally, I like the green because it has a colour that you don't see in military gear.
And what I'd like you to pay attention to is the fabric. Although the product name remains the same as the previous model, it has actually been updated for the spring/summer season.
This product uses a "pin oxford weave" with unbleached yarn for the warp and coloured yarn for the weft. Pin Oxford is roughly half the thickness of the standard Oxford fabric we offer. Furthermore, its smooth, glossy surface gives it a distinctly different feel from standard fabrics.
The classic Oxford fabric is appealing for its tough texture, but the truth is that its toughness makes it unsuitable for spring and summer. This product is a lightweight and comfortable piece that will eliminate those worries.
