This is my first season in Tokyo, and all the items were so appealing that I had a hard time deciding what to buy, but the first thing I bought was the GUNNER JACKET - TASLAN NYLON.

This item has been reconstructed by Nigel Cabourn based on the motif of the "salvage parka" used by the U.S. Navy.
The original salvage parka was worn by Navy workers, so to fit the historical context, this product features a "clip part" at the neck inspired by the U.S. Navy's N-1 deck and deck hook.
This unique part is an essential part of this product.
Personally, I'd like to draw your attention to this hood.
It follows the triangular hood design of the "combat smock" used by the British Army.
This vintage item is less well known and is a niche item known only to those in the know.
US military and UK military.
I think what's appealing about this design is that it combines the best aspects of each smock.
Also, by adapting this smock, which is originally worn over the head, to open in front, it is easier to wear around town.
Knowing this will make you love this item even more.
The lining is made of cotton checked fabric, so rolling up the cuffs to reveal a more classic feel.
We recommend rolling up the sleeves a little, as this adds depth to even simple styling.
The fabric is made of "taslan nylon."
Although it's nylon, it has a distinctive matte texture with a subdued sheen, giving it a calm look despite being nylon.
This material is characterised by the way it naturally wrinkles the moment you move, giving it a changing appearance in a good way.
