Japan's FOB Factory hails from the Kojima District, Okayama, an area well known for textile production and manufacture – most notably denim after an influx of American jeans in the 1960's. Inspiration has been drawn from vintage workwear, military clothing and classic American styles, with special attention given to the details that have made these styles last the test of time.
Working with local craftspeople and utilising expert knowledge about fabric looms, dyeing processes and hand craft results in a range of authentic reproductions of selvedge denim jeans and jackets, chambray shirts, workwear style pants and jackets.
