Have you heard of the fabric called "cotton lawn"? It may be an unfamiliar name for the material, but it is a wonderful fabric.
It is a thin fabric woven with fine count yarn, and is characterised by its excellent breathability, which is hard to believe for a cotton material.
The handkerchief-like feel is exquisitely comfortable, which is my personal favourite thing about it.
The drape of the fabric and the subtle wrinkles are also a highlight.
Woven with thinner threads than gauze, the fabric is thick enough to be worn even in the heat of summer, but the cool feeling and pattern could not be achieved without the exceptional, reliable skills of the artisan.

By the way, this is the first time that the BRITISH OFFICERS SHIRT TYPE2, which is the base of this product, has been released in a patterned version.
I chose my clothes not only with the hem width and silhouette normally worn by Nigel Cabourn, but also with colour matching and accent colours in mind, and I really do wear a lot of MIHARA YASUHIRO sneakers.
I remember introducing them a few times in my blogs before, but as someone who loves colourful things, GREEN and BROWN are indispensable colours for me.
In addition to being lighter than military green, brown is also an accentuating colour.
This harmonious, calming atmosphere is easy to incorporate even for those who do not normally wear coloured items.
I've also been wearing the overalls underneath almost every day lately as a uniform.
This time I wore the shirt as a jacket to make it more visible, but of course it also looks great tucked in.
The back gathers really stand out.
