First, wear the shirt as a jacket with the shoulders relaxed. I didn't wear shirts with the shoulders relaxed much before, but since I started wearing my hair up, I've come to think that relaxed shirts look nice. Also, I think the way women wear shirts with their shoulders relaxed is very nice.
Also, I think that oversized women's clothes and oversized men's clothes make you look different. I feel like I look more slender when I wear oversized men's clothes.
Next, how to wear it like a pullover.

For the off-white version, only the bottom hem is buttoned and the front is tucked in. For the charcoal grey version, the bottom hem is folded over and tucked in while still in the jacket-like state.
Finally, wear it in an A-line style that widens towards the hem.
I think this way of wearing it emphasises the volume towards the hem more than if you just wore it normally. It's also lightweight because it's fastened in only one place.
I think this is an easy way to wear it for people who are uncomfortable with off-the-shoulder styles or who don't want to show off their chest.
