We're pleased to announce the arrival of the highly anticipated "white pants" from our SS26 collection.
The "BRITISH ARMY PANT - IVORY" was released exclusively through the online store in last year's AW25 collection. I remember it being so popular that it sold out immediately after its release. This time, we're introducing the "BRITISH ARMY PANT - WHITE," which carries on that legacy.
The style is based on Nigel Cabourn's signature piece, the 'BRITISH ARMY PANT'. This model is a brand-original military pant that combines details from battle dress pants and motorcycle pants used by the British Army in the 1940s and 50s.
With minimal cargo pockets that don't disrupt the silhouette, and a refined silhouette that tapers nicely from a relaxed thigh area, these military-style pants are perfect for adults.
For this particular model, we used 13.5oz white denim for the BRITISH ARMY PANT. The distinguishing feature of this fabric is that the yarn is dyed white from the start.
This process creates depth, three-dimensionality, and stability in the fabric that cannot be achieved with fabric dyeing alone. Furthermore, because the colour penetrates uniformly to the core of the fibres, it is characterised by its ability to maintain the clean look of white denim for a long time.
The fabric is suitable for year-round wear, not just spring and summer, so the fact that you can buy them anytime is also appealing.
