Today, I'd like to introduce my favorite shirt, which I started wearing soon after joining the company.
When Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay became the first humans to stand on the summit of Mount Everest, there were doctors on their climbing team who supported them. This medical shirt was designed with inspiration from the shirts worn by those doctors.
Despite its simple appearance, the jacket features double-layered fabric reinforcement from the shoulders to the back and arms, providing excellent protection for the upper body during active movement.
The double-layered construction from the cuffs to the elbows also withstands tough movements in everyday life and outdoor activities. - Holes are placed on the back and sides to ensure breathability. To maintain its strength, it is carefully finished using special sewing machines at a limited number of factories in Japan.
The buttons are hard, coconut shell cat's eye buttons, designed with a groove where the thread sinks to prevent them from falling off.
