Part Time Sale Assistant(s)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Offering styling advise and educating customers on the brand
• Be a customer service ambassador and enjoy working to KPIs
• Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
• Manage transactions at the cash register with precision and efficiency.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
The Candidate:
• Be a positive, proactive and outgoing person
• Previous experience as a Sales Associate with a luxury brand
• Excellent customer service standards
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work
• Proactive and able to work independently
Store Manager
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Meeting and exceeding planned sales goals.
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
• Hiring training and overseeing new staff.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Responsible for store buying and merchandising.
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitoring inventory levels and order new stock.
The Candidate:
· Retail experience in either store management or senior management
· Working within a high end fashion environment
· Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
· Has a track record of driving sales and performance
· Leader and motivator Inspiring individuals
· Exceptional customer service
· Business orientated
