DISPATCH INFORMATION:

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched, especially during peak periods. However we do aim to ship orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday on the same working day. Orders placed after 11am or at the weekend are normally dispatched the next working day.

You will receive shipping notification and tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

EU customers:  We offer UK VAT Free shopping. Any import duties and/or import VAT to pay is shown at checkout. We collect this payment from you and pay any import charges on your behalf. This ensures a quicker, easier delivery for you with no unexpected extra charges.

Please also ensure you double check the size guides for any items you wish to purchase. Our customer service address is hello@cabourn.com if you are unsure of what size to purchase. If you return any items to us, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes we've paid for on your behalf. 

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UK and EU:

We offer Tax Free shopping for customers outside of the UK and EU.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
