Named after one of the most famous British climbers, George Mallory, this casual, tailored jacket features weather-proof cotton Ventile® patches on the shoulders and elbows, generous bellow pockets on the front and throat tab at the neck – functional details which give this style its unique and distinct look. This now classic Authentic Harris Tweed jacket was first introduced Nigel’s seminal 2003 ‘Ascent of Cabourn’ collection. Steeped in historical references, it is based on the style of men’s tweed jackets worn by 1924 expedition team to Everest.
