This outfit is centred around the 50s LAUNDRY BAG SKIRT WITH FLANNEL.
It is a reversible, lined skirt reconstructed from a 1950s US Army laundry bag.

The waist is designed to be quite roomy; given my build, I could easily wear a size 6, but the cut is slightly short. I chose a size 8 because I wanted a longer fit.
As someone of shorter stature, I really appreciate how well-balanced it looks when worn.

It makes a great statement piece that can serve as the focal point of an outfit—whether worn on its own or layered over trousers.
