The Nigel Cabourn online store (cabourn.com) will reopen in Summer 2025 with a new and improved shopping experience.

If you have already placed an order before our temporary closure, it will still be processed and shipped as usual. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We are happy to refund your return goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

To return your order to us, please log your return on our portal HERE.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

For UK customers: You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s) excluding shipping.

Customers outside of the UK: You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s) (excluding shipping costs and any customs duties and taxes paid).

Please note we will not be accepting exchange requests at this time.

For outstanding gift card balances that expire during this temporary closure, expiry dates will be extended to accommodate this closure period once the website reopens. Gift cards that are set to expire after the temporary closure period will remain valid until their original expiry date.
