I tried on the "FARMER JACKET - PALAKA CHECK" from OX'ed Silver's mid-summer collection.

This piece is based on the workwear of agricultural immigrants who traveled from Japan to Hawaii in the early 20th century.

What particularly attracted me was the realistic aging process, which was applied with actual farm work in mind.

"Could these be marks from tools rubbing against the fabric?"

"Is this sun fading from strong sunlight?"

Such imaginations run wild.

This time, I paired it with Nigel Cabourn's classic "ARMY CARGO PANT."
